How do i get a unlisted number?

i have been looking for a friend from college but i cant get her number so i am trying to get her grandpas but it is unlisted does anyone know how to get those numbers.

The point of an unlisted number is to not have it available.

There are some services that get unlisted numbers, for a fee.  They usually troll public information, such as courthouse records and such.
