If i run and do crunches, will i get abs like this?

  1. not just crunchs..

    running is great, it does a great deal of work.. try theses exercises for these sets/reps

    If you are wanting to work your abs, best things to do are, running, burns fat, helps to build abs through stabilization.

    do normal crunchs 3 x 15

    bicycle crunchs 3 x 15

    plank for 3 x 30seconds

    side plank 2 x 30 seconds each side

    pulsating v-sit 3 x 15

    google those exercises if your not sure how to do them.

    Update:  Sorry to that Joe Guy, for a female, at around 22% body fat you can see abs, 15% for female would be an athlete, and by athelete i mean a strong competeing athete, most olympians (female) are between 10-15%

    you could workout a ton but u gotta eat good clean and get ur bodyfat percentage low for a girl i think 15% u start seeing abs no less then 10% though that's unhealthy for a girl 15% is great and ull see abs crunches alone no i suggest the bicycle movement it's proven to be the best ab workout plus if  u have belly fat get it gone that's what u need rid of to see those s**y abs!
