How do i get adoption file from uscis?

I don't believe citizenship and immigration holds adoption files.  What country/state were you adopted in?  need more details on what you are trying to accomplish.

You could get a copy of all the documentation that was sent to USCIS by submitting the Return of Original Documents form G-884.  According to the website, there's no cost to submit this form.  Just follow the instructions on the form.  Here's the link:
