how do i get all of the belt certificates on millsberry? when i do my second task and then play the game they dont let me do anything! how do i get them? can you only get one a week? tell me how to do the tasks!

Anyways, YES, you can only get one a week. That's how long it takes to do that.

Considering that there are not too many in yard sales speaks for itself. It's extremely hard to find a black belt or gray belt certificate in yard sales considering that it takes 1 week to achieve one certificate. So not many people would go through many weeks just to achieve a Black belt or gray belt certificate to put in a yard sale. It's a difficult task. Thus, making them rare.

So if you want a black belt or gray belt, you need to work hard at these tasks. You won't find any in yard sales. You need to earn them.
