How do i get an agent to want/need me.?

im thinking about getting an agent but i need to get a good one one that i want to work for me.

All you need is talent, ambition, training, and a history of roles in successful shows.

Well you see this is how this works... if you are 'worthy' of an agent then they will want to work for you.. you are only as good as what you can sell... and that's yourself.  They only want you if they know you can make them money.
