How do i get an application form for a visa in embassy of mexico in ppretoria?

please help me i want to download the appliications forms for a visa but i cant get there am failing. where can i go to get the website though i have trying to find them from the website am failing please help.

Required Mexico visa supporting documents for citizens of South Africa:

- Fill out the Visa Application form, available at the Consulate.

- Apply at the Consulate in person.

- Valid passport in original and one photocopy of the pages containing personal information, photograph of bearer and expiration/extensions date.

- Valid original US visa for multiple entries and one photocopy of it, with at least 3 months of validity remaining.

- Valid original I-94 or I-20 Form and one photocopy.

- Original round trip tickets or confirmation letter of reservation and one photocopy.

and for Mexico tourist visa:

- Proof of sufficient funds (i.e.: bank statements, pay stubs, etc.) and one photocopy.

All applicants MUST appear in person at the nearest Consulate of Mexico,unless you are an US citizen ?
