How do i get an lta rating? need answer soon!?

hi, im getting really into tennis and my coach says i should start entering tournaments but i need an LTA rating. (i live in england by the way) I looked on their website and i became a member but i do not know how to get a rating?, i have a membership number? can i enter tournaments with that?

please help, thanks
