How do i get an online radio for free that i can talk onn it and have my own show???

sorry, but not for free.  there's no such thing as a free lunch.  you're gonna have to pay.  and this is mainly due to the fees involved for the industry.  live 365 is one company that has packages for people to start their own internet radio stations.  otherwise, my advice is to join a community radio station or go to a school radio station.
