  1. you will have to talk to your parents about this and the head teacher they will explain how if it can be done you might not get in full time it might only be for a couple of days a week just to see how you get on you have been out of main stream school for a while it will not be not be that easy but explain why you want to try main stream school and hopefully they will help you good luck hope you get back

  2. Dont do stupid things in class? Learn? Dont get in with the wrong people and work hard. Its for your future. You obviously want to try which is a start. Good luck. Dont give up :)

  3. Number one talk it over with our parents and as you're at boarding school you probably have a social worker, you could have a chat to them as well.  Have you been assigned a mentor or counsellor at the school you could talk to as well?  If you're in year 9, you should also have a Connexions advisor that you can speak to.

Have you had your Annual Review yet?  At the Annual Review, you should be given the opportunity to air your views on how you're progressing and what you would like to happen, you should also be asked to write a report for it or you could write a letter to be included in the paperwork to be sent to the Local Authority, outlining why you would like to go mainstream school.

If your Annual Review has already been held, speak to your parents and the Headteacher, ask if the Headteacher can set up a professionals meeting to discuss the idea of you going to a mainstream school.

If your parents are on your side, they can use the Statement in your favour with the Local Authority to get you placed at a mainstream school if that is their wish as well.
