I am 21, 5ft and weigh 110lbs. My normal weight has been 98lbs since i was 10yrs old. I eat what i want! when i want! and have always done so. In the last 2months i have managed to put on a tiny bit of wieght in the amount 12lbs. Granted 110lbs is very small, but bare in mind i'm only 5ft tall, so 110lbs on me makes me look pudgy plus i'm very toned so now my muscles look manish. I run Cross Country track& field and need to maintain a normal weight but keep all my muscle tone and still eat junk food as much as i want. I am am athlete who is naturally small but top heavy an have no growth spurts in years so what's with rapid weght gain in less than 2month? HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY WEIGHT EVEN THOUGH I RUN AND LIFT WEIGHT 5 TIMES A WEEK FOR TRACK BUT, STILL EAT WHAT I WANT.

  1. Have you taken a pregnancy test lately?!

  2. My wife is a runner and about the same size.  She is 25 now but went through a few rapid weight gains.  Once she didn't appear to be growing but the scale was reading about 10 lbs more than it should have.  She struggled for a long time with it until she started on organic foods.  I don't know if I'd go to that extreme, but maybe drop a couple of the worst items from your menu and see if that helped.  Keep in mind, there are other things besides muscle and fat to your body.
