  1. i'm not very good but i think i'm stuck at a level too lol. i just keep practicing making my moves over objects smoother and keeping a fast, steady speed as i move over obstacles and i work on popping myself up a wall faster. once i can do something well, i  move to a taller object or try to make a further jumping distance.  i live in the woods so i am kinda limited, but i just try to be as creative as possible with the stuff around me and keep in good shape. i keep practicing the same moves so they become more balanced and accurate. i like your lesson plan idea tho.  you could practice free running everyday at your level now and every week add a new trick or something in to your routine. if you can, find a friend to run with you, it really helps to motivate. the more practice the better! i really hope this helps! :)

  2. well how long have you been doing it? trust me it take a really long time before you feel like you have improved.

Recently i felt like im doing pretty good, and to be honest ive really only been doing it for about a year.

It's sounds really cheesy and cliche but just keep practicing. Practice makes perfect. Theres a reason those phrases exist, it's because it's true.

To improve, just look at the mistakes you made and make a concious effort to change them next time you do it. For example.

Lets say you're doing a monkey vault but you keep letting go with one hand. Next time you try it, just keep thinking in your head while you're doing it, keep my hand down. And just do that, it helps me so maybe it'll help you.

One of the big things in parkour is fear, just try and conquer it. Especially in jumps, just keep testing yourself before you do the full jumps if you can.

Heres something that works for me, just before im about to jump or something, i take 3 deep breaths and count to three at the same time. [1 deepth breath, 2 deep breath...so on]. it's helped me.

Anyway eventually you'll notice that you are getting better and eventually the fear will diminish. Happy Parkouring!
