  1. Don't be a douche.  If you think you need to get big to be good then you don't have the chops to play, kid.  s***w your body up when you're older.  Get too big too fast and you'll mess up your joints.  Then you'll be walking to the games with a cane watching the others play.

  2. Hmm..don't eat more. Just eat foods with more calories. Increase you calorie in take. Maybe gain 10 or so pounds. You'll still need to exercise *dont over do it though* so you don't reach an unsafe weight. Good luck,

  3. well just drink a lot of milk

  4. Im a pitcher as well, but im a larger guy. 6'3" at 230 lbs. I used to play football for 5 years and i loaded up on protein and carbs mainly. Now i dont consume as many carbs bc i want to keep my weight, but there are supplement powders and bars at gnc or any other nutrient store. Try Weight gainer powders, they may help. Size doesnt rly matter at times tho, just look at Tim Lincecum. (plays for the sf giants) He a beast. :]

  5. Steak and eggs and eggs and steak...

  6. roids

  7. you dont have to be big to be a good pitcher, look at Greg Maddux

  8. You body will grow its own rate if you eat healthy. Yes if you try to bulk on too much weight to young yours knees could get bad and you may never pitch again. Just keep eating healthy and you should gain healthy weight too.
