How do i get black markings off of my laptop?

i have a yellow customized dell inspiron laptop

If the marking are on top of your custom paint use a lint freecloth with a little of acetone and rub them GENTLY;  better yet test this first on a less visible part.

If the markings are the case colour appearing because the custom paint was chipped all you have to do is to repaint them. If you are careful even nail polish will do.
