  1. I had this same problem, I was at a party, and I got hurt while I was there but I didn't notice, then someone told me I had blood all over the back of my shirt. My mom put it in hydrogen proxide, and it had been at least 8 hours since i got the blood in them. It got the stains right out.

  2. Take the sheets off the bed, and pour hydrogen peroxide on the blood.  Let it sit there and bubble, then wash normally.  Your sheets will be fine.

  3. I always pour a liquid laundry detergent on the spot and use COLD water to rub it out before washing in the machine. You might have to keep rubbing it and adding more soap and water until the blood disappears, but it has worked for me every time. You might also use a stain remover for clothes after treating the area first with the detergent and cold water. Good luck.

  4. For blood, peroxide works the best.  You have to keep tamping it with the peroxide on a rag or q-tips (depending on the size of the stain) until you see that it is gone.  Do not wash it until you have removed all of it first.  For all other stains, I swear by Oxymagic.  It is made by clorox and you can find it beside the spray n wash at any grocery store.

  5. The best cleaners i have found are 2 in 1 spray n wash (the kind that is in like, 2 separate compartments in the same bottle and doesn't mix until it hits the fabric).. my friend uses that all the time and says if you soak it for about an hour it will come right out.

I've also used orange pumice hand cleaner.. Its usually in the automotive section as its made for getting oil off your hands but my parents use it for EVERYTHING and it seems to work great... smells really orangy,,, its kind of like a cream so i guess you just have to scrub at it a bit...

Also, use COLD water, not hot. Sometimes it will come out with cold water alone. At least your sheets are pink so you wont be able to see it if there is a little left.

  6. Fill a sink or bucket full of warm water and put some OxyClean in it.  Then let your sheets soak in that for like 15 minutes or so.  You'll see the OxyClean bubble and fiz wherever the blood stains were.  It seems to even bring out old blood stains.

I'm not one to buy into TV advertisements, but it does work on bloodstains pretty well.
