How do i get blood stains out of my under pants?

i washed them in cold water and normal wash, but still stains in there.

BEFORE washing, you need to run under cool water and rub the material together "scrubbing" until the blood is gone, then wash as usual.  Rinsing as soon as possible will ensure the total removal of the blood.

wet the garment,rub some tide and bleach on,then rub very hard,let it soak over night,and then wash all will go away...

I learned this on the Tyra Banks show. It was one of her beauty secrets and it really does work, even on old stains. It takes some time though. You wet the area down and rub just a regular old bar of soap on it. You soak the underpants for about 15 minutes and repeat, letting them soak overnight. Then you just throw them in the wash. I've done it the quick way too, just letting them sit once for as long as I had. That works too as long as they haven't been really set in. Good luck!

Use Hydrogen Peroxide.  It was recommended to me by a nurse at the hospital.  So far, it hasn't bleached any of my kids clothes.

pour hydrogen peroxide on the stain. You can physically see the peroxide dissolving the blood. You usually have to do this before washing, although I have been able to get stains out sometimes afterwards.

Try the peroxide. See if that works. If not, take a Qtip and a little saucer of bleach. Using a qtip will help you precisely add bleach to a small area, only where you need it. The key is to have your washer ready to go, so once you place the dabs of bleach where you want it, rub it in a little to remove the stain, you can toss the garment in the wash immediately.  You do not want the bleach to "set" for any length of time. I have been successful doing this if the stain is already set in the fibers of the fabric.

In the future, do the peroxide and rinse with water before throwing it in the washing machine. No stains!
