  1. Many cell phones do not support all types of ring tones, so that may explain some of the problems you're running into. Some only can do simple tone rings, while others can do most kinds of sound, but only one at a time. The most complex phones can do many different sounds at once; generally, the rings that are used on those are songs.

As for ring tones, if you don't have internet, I'd suggest recording one yourself as most phones have a microphone. While it might not be very high quality, it'll be personal and you'll always know if it's your phone ringing  or someone else's.

You can try to record music for the ring tone as well, but phone microphones aren't exactly the best. You try it yourself and decide if you want it or not.

Edit: another thing you can try, if you have a cable to connect the phone to your computer, is to go to an online website that converts .mp3's and .wav's to .midi files and transfer it to your phone that way. That's what I ended up doing, but i'm afraid I can't give specific instructions for your phone because it's quite different than mine. You can also buy ringtones and download them to your computer, then transfer them to your phone through the cable.

  2. maybe you need to try other one.

www.realringtones-expert.com works very well for my phone.

  3. sometimes you can find some online but they mostly only offer for regular cell phones.  I know this because i have had the same thing happen to me.  But on most phones (even pre-paid) they have an internet browser.  You go on that and there might be some stuff about: sports, ringtones, weather and stuff like that.  Click on the link for ringtones and they should ask you what catagory you want your ringtone to be (rock, rap, country).  After answering these questions you can buy the ringtone you want.  (NOTE: these ringtones are NOT usually free!!!)

  4. just go to Ventones

    .com

    they have great instructions

    its free

    safe

    and really easy to use

  5. mymyxer.com and it's free!!!!!!

but, you have to have texting and be able to download them from the internet from your phone! the only way to get ringtones with downloading them from the net is going to like a cell phone place such as cricket, clear talk all the cheap prepaid place download ringtones for you ! good luck.
