How do i get charmander and squirtle on pokemon leaf tith out trading?

you can't. if you're playing in a real gba. if you're not here's the way to trade : download vba link, then open 2 of those and voila they will be connected, so far i don't know how to connect them, but vba's guides will greatly help.

Well, the only other option besides trading and Visual Game Boy, is to cheat. Yes, I said cheat. It pains me to do so, but you could purchase a gameshark or action replay, and put in codes to hack the game. It's the only way.
