How do i get clips from youTube in my blog on 360?

Question

I copy the URL code then paste it in my blog and tick the box but when i post it it just comes up with the written address

You must check the box "View html source " and paste the code there. And you must also write a little something in the window. Come look at my blogs. I do songs all the time.

you should go to your you tube account and give your blogs address there and copy the url provided there and paste it.

Copy the embed code from youtube then on your blog click the "add a link" button ( left of the smilie) Paste the code, click ok , and you should be away. You must also have some text in the blog first.

ive been having trouble even if you copy&paste from inside a sites ready made code it still needs sometimes stuff added to it.

You're going about it the right way, just copying the wrong thing.  There should be a box that says "Embed:" Copy what's inside that box and then try it.
