How do i get confirmation about my driving theory test?

My parents have "tidied it away" and i don't know where it is, so i now don't know where i have to go for my test or when to get there for, apart from that it's on wednesday. Is there somewhere i can call/look online to find out the details?

Ok if you click on this link to DSA (driving standards agency) website, then using the letters A-Z on the right find your local town or city, you can then find out the contact details of that theory test centre.

Call DVLA, and the driving test centre if you can.  DVLA should have you recorded as passing the theory test, and ought to be able to send you a duplicate.  For some things, it is possible for organisations to call DVLA for confirmation, though you might have to pay.

I think that gettign a replacement from DVLA by wednesday is unlikely.
