How do i get custom firmware for my psp?

i have ofiicial firmware 4.05 and i want custom firmware. every custom firmware i find needs the custom firmware b4 that. is there anything i can do? and btw if possible i wana keep it free.

dude there is two ways u can make a pandora battery on yours.

1)u can spend 10 bucks on dealextreme.com

2)u must open up your psp battery and pull out a certain pin.this is very risky to do.here is a video

p.s.u will also need a magic memory stcik to put custom firmware on a psp.search that on youtube also.don't worry it is extremly easy!!

OK is cant be free you need to make or buy a pandora's battery no other way
