How do i get ditto on diamond?

You can migrate it to Pokemon Diamond from FireRed or LeafGreen after you beat the Elite 4, at Pal Park.

To catch it, you need to have the PokeRadar and the National Dex. Then, go to Route 218, just east of Canaclave City. There is a small patch of grass there. Use your PokeRadar in it, and ONLY go to the shiny patches of grass. It is also harder to catch if the pokemon it has transformed into is also hard to catch, so bring a Magikarp or Starly along with you. Remember, Ditto is extremely hard to find, so be prepared to wait a while. It took me about half an hour to catch it. Good luck! It will be level 29 or 30.
