How do i get dried paint and tin foil out of paintbrushes and rollers?

i covered the paintbrush and the roller with tin foil, but it was too loose, and the paintbrush and the roller dried up.

i heard something about lemon juice, but i cant really remember...?

or lemon juice ans salt.

soak, then scrub..then rinse..
