How do i get evee in pokemon diamond?

everyone keeps saying the same thing go to bebe in herthome city but the other ways i want to know-10 points for answer

you can get it from bebe after you beat the pokemon legue but u can also get it from the trophy garden in the pokemon mansion on route 212 u can get as many as you want from there,but u gotta talk to the guy in the first room to the right he wont always say eevee

Yeah, getting it from bebe is the only way besides importing it from a gba or gamecube game.

After you beat the pokemon league and fill up the sinnoh dex got talk to professor whats his name then oak will come in and give you the national dex then go talk to Bebe and she will give you a lv 5 eevee
