1. its a smokey eye with winged liner. 1. use any dark color for the base 2. apply darker to the crease 3. lighter color under brow bone 4.heavy eye liner to waterline and thick on the lid and wing out the liner 5. apply heavy mascara. im a makeup artist so any questions just ask! www.myspace.com/tlomakeup

  2. use eye concealer first, make sure it blends well. then get black or dark brown eyeshadow and black or dark brown eyeliner. (i recommend black) put on your eyeliner, put it close to the lash line, and then slightly smudge it down and the bottom, and start smudging at an outward angle towards the sides of your eyes,[to smudge, use your pinky finger and apply just enough pressure to get your eyeliner to smudge, don't smudge it too much until you get both eyes done, see how that looks and smudge more if you need to. you may have to apply more eyeliner. then feather the eyeliner at the sides. do a little bit at a time, that way you don't have over kill. only smudge this a little, or not at all. if you're just practicing the look, try smudging it to see what you get, and try different techniques. TIP: i like using an angled brush for my eyeliner, but pencils work well too, and the pencils make it easier to smudge.- for smudge effect i wouldn't recommend using the HiP cream eyeliner line, simply because it doesn't smudge unless you're oily, which for this look, you shouldn't be. so don't go all out on buying expensive product that won't smudge. it'll ruin it. but also don't buy a mega cheap product that will smudge so bad throughout the day that it'll be down to your chin. :P Now... for the eyeshadow you want something that won't wear off easily, but is also blend able.- i recommend the Maybelline New York line- use the one that says new formula on the sticker. you can get it at walmart. use a brush with a rounded tip, don't use the applicator they give you with the eyeshadow. trust me, it won't work. the brush that i suggest is two sided. here is an example- -posh is my favorite brand of brushes. put the rounded tip (smokey side) in the eyeshadow, apply it at the outer corners of your eyes, going in, till you get to the inner corner. then, get more product on your brush and apply it in the crease. now, using the opposite end of your brush, (angle eye shadow side) and get your eyeshadow on it, and lightly dust on your lid where you just applied eyeshadow with the other side of the brush, trust me, it probably doesn't seem necessary, but it is. then, get more eyeshadow on your brush, and put it on just about the crease, see how that looks. if it looks right, then good, you're done. if it looks like there is too little, add more, and go a little higher than that. if there looks to be too much then we've reached the last step, BLEND. using your finger lightly rub at the outer parts of the eyeshadow, till it is nicely blended like in the picture.

it might not look exactly like the picture, but that is just because your eyes may not be the same shape as hers, and it could be edited.

    hope this helped.

  3. dark eye shadow mimick the places she put it. Look at the pic while applying it. Thats a hard photo to learn a makeup lesson from but its do-able.

  4. 1. get a deep smoky eyeshadow. black or a super dark borm.

2.brush it on but dont go all the way up to your eye lid! just brush to you get right above the eye bone.

    3. you'll need liquid eyeliner wich is very tricky.

    4. whisk it on your eye to get that cat eye look.

5.put on some amazing eye lifting mascara like loreals "the one with the gold lid is amazing! i use it"

if that didnt help message me.

  5. 1. Buy a good black eyeshadow (Ulta Beauty, Sephora, etc)

    2. Buy a good black eyeliner, preforably one that goes on your skin easily without hurting it. Test it on your hand before you put it on your eyelids.

    3. Make sure that you have a good eyeshadow applier, and rub the applier and the eyeshadow lightly so there isnt too too much on it.

    4. Apply the eyeshadow to above your eyelid, so it will make sort of a shadow effect. Make sure its not dark, just a light coat.

    5. Rub the applier and the eyeshadow again, only this time make sure theres a lot of eyeshadow on it.

    6. Apply the eyeshadow directly to your eyelid, making a pretty dark, thick coat.

    7. Get your eyeliner.

    8. Don't put the eyeliner all the way on your eyelid. Go to the middle of your eyelids and start there.

    9. From the middle of your eyelid to the end of it, apply the eyeliner.

    10. Then, for the really cool effect, continue the line about a quarter inch, with the line continuing slightly upward.

    11. If you have a good mascara (covergirl, mabaline, etc) use that on your upper and lower eyelashes so that they appear longer and blacker.

    Hope I helped!
