How do i get files from a camera without any software??

hey everyone,

i have purchased a JVC GR-DX28EK digital video recorder as a display model.however the person who sold it to me did not give me any Cds or manual to go with it.

when i plug the camera in via USB i get a message asking for a cd????

what can i do???

just try to open the file for the camera and drag and drop the images to wherever you want them.

or just download the program from the manufacturers website

go to the jvc website. most of the time electronic supliers let you download the program off of their website just incase you lose your cd.
