How do i get finneon i have the good rod and i went to RT 205 where he is but i cant seem to find finneon?

Plz help me i cant find FINNEON in Pokemon Diamond i have the good rod and im at RT 205 where FINNEON is and i REALLY need help and I just don't know wat to do HELP HELP HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(

Okay, even though you have a 35% rate of catching finneon, its still really, really hard. Trust me, i have personal expirience with it. Anyway try these other spots.
