    It depends on where you live. Like the other one said here, courthouse, police,public archives perhaps? You can also do a free search on the SmartCrimBac... site below. If you are willing to pay for the information though it is very easy to obtain. Then all you have to do is to go to a site specialized in that kind of records like the sites below and read more/do a search there...

    it's easy but not completely free though :/


  2. Clerk of The District Court at your local Courthouse,

    but you have to pay for copies of transcripts of cases~!!!

    also the county treasurers office for property tax info~!!!

  3. Try the website http://www.crimcheck.com. They have an extensive public records section totally free.
