How do i get free ifo on federal grants without paying some scam artist?

i have tried to get info on federal grants to no avail. i get someone who wants me to buy something , please help me

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has a website where you get that information for free.

Go to grants.gov.  You can search for grants there and you can also get an email of updates when new grants of your search type are put into the system.

Here ya' go:

contact your school's Financial Aid office.  They can mail you literature pertaining to who has the $$, what their criteria is for you to qualify for it, and all the rest, like addresses, required documentation, etc.
