How do i get friend requests from facebook not emailed to me?

Question

I get like 15 emails a day from facebook telling me i've gotten something written on my wall and a friend added me or confirmed my request.

How do I get it so that they do not email me?

Go to the account section of your profile, then click the notifications tab. Then simply click "off" for whatever things you dont want e-mailed.
