  1. You get the RER (line B) train direct from Paris CDG to Gare du Nord. When you get to the airport just follow the signs for RER - the details depend on which terminal you arrive at, but in all cases it's straightforward. All RER trains leaving the airport stop at Gare du Nord.

  2. No it's not easy.  We took a taxi and it was a 30 minute drive.

  3. Don't forget to buy a ticket at the train station window at the airport.  If you have a smart card, not a regular atm card, you can get one at one of the machines and save yourself some time.  The train you need is RER B, and I'm pretty sure it's the only one that goes to the airport.  It's very easy, no changes of train.  Make sure to keep your ticket because you will need it to get out of the station.

If you will be returning to the airport, make sure to get on the one that specifies CDG.  And, don't forget to buy the right ticket.  A regular metro ticket will not let you exit at the airport (been there, done that).
