  1. Depending on where in Sayreville you live, depends on the bus.

The easiest thing may be to take the train from Penn Station to South Amboy and cabbing it the rest of the way.

But there are buses, which may take twice as long as the train.

The 131 bus leaves from the Port Authority and goes to the Sayreville Park and Ride, Washington Rd at Ernston Rd, Ernston and Mini Mall Dr, Ernston Rd and Gondek Dr, and Lorraine Ave at RT 35. However this bus does not run on weekends.

The 135 is the weekend bus, making all stops at Sayreville, then it goes onto Matawan and Freehold.

Another option is to take the train from Penn Station to New Brunswick. At Somerset and Georges Street (right near the train station), take the 815 bus to Sayreville, making one stop at Washington and Ernston Roads before going on to Woodbridge.

  2. My friend, take bus route #131 from the Port Authority Bus Terminal to Sayreville.

    Good luck
