You'll have to get the local train from Sorrento to Naples and then change for a train from Naples to Rome. There are many to chose from so check out the above train website.

L L is correct. The only other thing you need to know is that the train between Sorrento and Naples is on the Circumvesuviana system. When you get to Naples, it's a short walk to where the trains to Rome leave.
