How do i get full body support for basketball i get injured so many times?

what supports should i by for neccesery body parts to cover up while playing tough basketball? im 18 male and healthy but worried for myself.helllllllp

  1. Depends on what you normally injure. If it is you knees, where a knee brace for support. This is usually where i take a hit, but i have a weak knee.

    If its your ankles, or shins, wrap your ankles in medical tape, tightly, but without cutting off circulation. Wraping your ankles also helps to prevent shin splints. You can also buy ankle supports to, they will help you.

    If it is a wrist, that you fall on or something like that, you can't really do much to prevent it, you could wrap your wrist, but i don't think it would help.


  2. where a knee pad to protect your ankles and try to drive in the hoop quicker then your opponent and dont try to do things u know u cant do cause they will injure you badly and good luck and dont get injured

  3. Tape your ankle tightly, you should wear supporter all the time and don't land awkwardly, I mean don't drive into the rim without any balance.
