How do i get groups to stop emailing me?

i joined a group and now i am getting around 200 emails a day can anyone tell me how to stop them e mailing me i have tried unsurscribing twice but the emails still coming help

the more you send that unsubscribe e-mail, the longer it'll take

you're just going to have to wait until the unsubbing goes through, it's taken longer than normal for that to happen

1. go to your groups homepage

2. upper right hand corner you'll see  "start group|my groups"

3. select "my groups"

4. click the tab "edit my groups"

5. on the right side select the check box under "leave group for the group you wish to leave.

6. at the bottom righ click on blue button that says "save changes".
