  1. U might be stressing out. Calm down and just chill a bit. Use a good brand of shampoo and conditioner and use heat protectors if u style with blow dryers, straighteners, or curling irons. Also u are probably in the telogen phase of the hair cycle. Everyone's hair falls out eventually after awhile. Its a normal part of the hair cycle. And u wont go bald, it'll all grow back and get thick again. I think u should read this website. Its by Proctor and Gamble and they make Herbal Essences, Clarol and all the other hair product brands. It will answer alot of your questions about the hair cycle. Im just finishing the telogen cycle too. A lot of my hair fell out and now its stopped and getting thicker. Read this and it will answer alot of your questions. Good luck!

  2. Get stress out of your life. Don't use a lot of chemicals, blow drying or straighting irons on your hair. Message your scalp with you finger tips every night before going to bed. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and drink enough water. Get your rest. Pantene products are good for the hair. They contain vitamins. You also need to keep your hair moist. I hope this helps.

    Blessings!

  3. i think is because your organism is changing try drinking a lot of water and eating well maybe fruit and vegetables you will see a difference withing a month.

  4. use a boar bristle brush, use a satin pillow case, use a protein reconstructor, olive oil spray,  wash your hair every other day but only use conditioner and deep condition your hair and ummh get trims 6-8 weeks

  5. there could be a couple of reasons for this. 1) you could have bad nutrition 2) you could smoke 3) genetics 4) under a lot of stress. I can help with 1,2 and 4. If you aren't eating food with enough B vitamins and Proteins (which is what the hair is made of) your body has no way to replenish hair. I would try to eat a lot more protein. If you smoke, drink, do drugs all of that pull nutrients away from your body. Seeing in which you dont need hair to survive your body focuses less on creating more. If you are under a lot of stress your body and immune sysytem weeken and basically go into survival mode. You can try and take Iron and Biotin (supplements that you can easily find at Wal Mart for like $2) and they will basically inject more than your body actually needs to insure that your hair will start to grow back faster and fuller. If all of this fails, you might want to see a dermatolgist because you might have Allapecia. A hair loss disease that is incurrable but treatable. They usually give you strong pills to start and then if that doesn't work the will do cortizone injections into your scalp. I hope this has helped and good luck

  6. Try taking silica supplements & sleep more,
