How do i get in contact with Disney people?

I'm trying to get in contact with the people in charge of people on disney channel. for example Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, etc.

Your best bet is via their fan club.  You can also write to them c/o the Disney Channel in Burbank, CA..

You should note that if past history is anything to go by, each of these people receives literally tens of thousands of pieces of mail per month, so don't be put off if you don't get a reply.
