  1. crunches

    and push ups

    conditioning is very important!


  2. do about a million block jumps and sprints.  You need explosiveness in volleyball so strength training, plyometrics, and lots and lots of sprints.

    there's no need of getting in a particular shape

    you can play however you are.

  6. Well you need to do a lot of weight lifting to build muscular strength. For example; American Cleans, Bench press, Squats. You need to do some running. I would suggest running a mile at a track or something to help build cardio-respiratory endurance. Do a LOT of legs and abs workouts like crunches, sit-ups, pervos, and twisties. Volleyball requires a lot of jumping an sudden bursts of energy, so your whole body needs to be in shape.

  7. eat healthier;

    -food pyramid

    do work outs 3 times a week

    -crunches

    -push ups

    -squats

    -lunges

    -lift weights

    and maybe even do a little running but not on cement because it damages your knee joints.

  8. Lunges, Pushups, sit-ups, pull-ups. Have people hit at you. Shuffling your feet. Get together at an open gym with some friends.

  9. Volleyball isn't a tiring sport for the most part. You just need to have arm and leg strength, so you can serve, spike (hit) , bump, and volley. You also need to have fast feet so you can dive quickly and easily.
