  1. It depends on your contents. You can get your info from different sites, mix their contents and chane their style a bit. I usually do this!

As you may know a domain name is just a name, not a real website. If you are going to create your website: 1- Buy a domain name. 2- Buy a web hosting service to provide your online space and enable you to get your website online at your purchased domain name.

If you want to start your website I recommend purchase your domain and hosting together. In this way it is possible to get your domain for free. Some hosting services offer this gift today.

One of these services is reachable at: http://bluehost-service.atspace.com . Their service is really great and easy to use.

  2. It depends whether it is copyrighted or not.To make a website you need a domain and webhosting. The best way to get a domain for free is to purchase your domain and webhosting together. 3. If the information is copyrighted, then you might have problems if your site has enough traffic to grab the owner's attention. Also, are you talking about just copying and pasting information, or are you talking about doing that with media (movies, images, etc)? If you are using other forms of media, you may also draw more attention. Finally, do not leach off the sources website. What I mean by that is if you want an image or form of media that is on the owner's website, do not just tell the web page to look on their server for that image. That uses their bandwidth that they pay for... not a good thing. However, if you are running a small website, I doubt you will have enough traffic to make the owners upset, especially if you site your source for that information. Also, the company is more likely to send you an email or letter in the mail warning you and giving you a chance to stop doing it before they actually take any legal action (it will save them legal costs). And that is if it even draws their attention. So in reality, I don't think you have much to worry about, as long as you give credit where credit is due.
