How do i get internet on my ydl ps3?

i am trying to get internet on my ps3 ydl. i dont no how.

Plug in the wire that usually goes from your modem to your computer to the LAN input on the ps3, or if you have the 60 or 80 gb model, buy a wireless router and set up a connection with it. I think you need a broadband (not dial-up) type of internet to do either.
