you can get a dry (naked) DSL  or cable Internet...!

like earthlink.net or Verizon FiOS.....I don't know where you live, but here is a website that will help you decide...!

You will need some type of high speed internet service (either via DSL, Cable Internet, Wifi or Satellite Internet service). Then you'll need a VOIP (voice over internet protocol) service.  I highly recommend the folks at http://www.workingphone.com . Those guys at Lingo do a great job.
