how do i get into freecycle.com in my area? How do i login?

Go to freecycle.org and type your hometown and state (or country, if outside the US). It will come back with the Yahoo groups for your local Freecycle network.

Then visit the closest group, and ask to join. Some have screening questions, so check your email (including junk mail folders) if you are not approved immediately.
