How do i get into snowboarding competition's?

Believe me i KNOW im good enough. My whole life is snowboarding. I want to know how to get into cometitions? I've allways wanted to compete. It's not just my life it's my passion as corny or as silly as that sounds im not kidding it seriously is.

Call all your local mountains and ask when comps are,YOu will be able to get into any AM comp you want, it costs money to join but thats all you need is money for the sign up fee and u are good to go YO! Good Luck!

Some comps just require you to enter others are invitation only.  For starters there are a number of weekend events that start of with sessions with seasoned pros on the first day and a beginner competition on the second day.  These are a great way to get into comps.  Call your local resorts to find out what events are scheduled locally.  Here is an example: http://roxy.typepad.com/roxy/2008/03/gir...

Join your local resort's snowboard team. Check their sites for coming competitions. Look for the Burton AM series competitions that should come to your nearby resorts every season.
