  1. You go home. Get banned from the US. Your wife file a petition for you. The petition gets denied. Your wife files for a waiver. If approved you get a visa, come here legally and start the rest of the paperwork.

  2. if you are married to a U.S. citizen then she can sponsor you...

you would need to contact an immigration lawyer so they can start the process for you...

there is more information on the USCIS website (immigration), you can print out the application there and I think you can fill it out online but I'm not sure, anyways here's the website... http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/m...

you or your wife can even fill out the application yourselves but it can get very complicated, since you are already here and you came illegally she would also have to apply for a waiver so you won't have to go back to your country and be banned for 10 yrs, so that is why people prefer going through an immigration lawyer... but be very careful because there is a lot of fraud out there when it comes to filling out immigration forms... find a reputable lawyer and never go through agencies that offer immigration services because most of them are rip offs and will take your money and either fill out the wrong forms, leave them incomplete, or just never send them... and if something is filled out wrong on the forms most times immigration will require you to fill out another application and pay the fee again...

here is the link to the application and instructions that need to be filled out...

    Good Luck!!!

P.S.   don't listen to people that say you need to go back to your country and fill out this paperwork from there because you don't have to...  if you would go back you cannot come back for ten years...

  3. You go home and apply to enter and become a citizen.  And, of course, you do that before you are caught by the up coming Real I.D. and deported, and then not allowed to come back for five years.
