i downoaded the desktop manager threw my blackberry cd and iit wasnt on there so how do get t on there

  1. When downloading the BlackBerry Desktop Manager you have to make sure you download the version with Media Manager.

    The latest version of Desktop Manager can be downloaded here:

    https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/bro...

    On the first page use the drop-down list and select BlackBerry Desktop Software v4.3. Then, on the following page, make sure you scroll down and find the option that says "Desktop Software v4.3 b25 with Media Manager (English)"
