  1. freaky, you sound exactly like me.

i'm going into yr9, and i'm real lazy.

the homework thing, i manage to get away with handing homework in way overdue.

    but yeah... i can't help you i'm afraid. x

  2. wow yo sound just like me lol.

i've just gone year 9 and i'm going into year 10 in a week lol,

just do now is clean out your wardrobe now, and weekly is just tidy, it will stop that lol.

  3. take the time now before school starts to get rid of things you don't need.  Streamlinning your life is an excellent goal.  First, find out where you can get rid of things.  Salvation Army is great for clothes and you can just bag them up and have your parents drop them off.  For other things that can't go there that you might get rid of at a yard sale, you can always put them on the side of the road with a free sign next to them.  Start one area at a time and get rid of anything you don't think you'll be using in the next year.  If you want to keep it, store it away someplace that isn't easy access.  Create a bin for your clothes so you can put the clean ones someplace that isn't all over your floor and just put them away when you feel like it.  If possible, find some kind of filing option, like an accordian file, that you can keep your papers in that you don't need at school.  For example, if you take a big test and need to keep the papers and information that you had in that unit, organize them, staple them together then put them in the file to pull out for exams.  That way you only have the papers that you are studying for that time in your backpack.  Make a rule to always put a paper away in your bag and not just leave it out.  Also, keep your homework in one place in your bag.  Many office supply stores have separaters you can put in three ring binders that will hold papers so you can separate by subject and put your homework at the top of the subject.  Big suggestion for keeping track of your homework, get an assignment book and use it.  Email me for more help if you want.  I love this stuff

  4. You have to buy the storage first...you need extra storage...like those plastic crates....or some nice wooden crate things...ask your parents to get you some stacking boxes or under bed storage...then you get all your stuff sorted and put it straight in the boxes.

  5. basically spend a few hours tidying it all and then maybe 5-10 minutes every weekend tidying to keep it that way

  6. boo!! i don't mean to go against everyone but i wouldn't worry too much. its year 9 next year and the years after that are the ones you have to worry about.

    though practise would be good

have somewhere different.. like a different shelve, for each subject. then put all its stuff there then have a separate place to put homework that you have to do. get a diary and write everything down!!! everything. i never found school ones useful cause then i just used it for school. soon as you put social meeting and stuff in it, you'll check it more then youll see you have homework.

good luck with the new year, im going into year 13 and still havent really hacked organisation!
