How do i get more people to view my website which is a health support group?

it is a health and bearevement support group with 2 owners my self and a friend of mine we have been set up up for a few weeks and just need a few more members genuine people only plz

My group we set up a website for the group using GeoCities that's with your Yahoo account. Once we did that we had a huge jump in members. They are easy to use. They have editors that walk you through the process.
