Do you have a premium membership at geocaching.com?  If so, you can download GPX files.  They are available individually for each cache, or (preferably) you can create pocket queries that will contain many caches.  All you have to do is copy the GPX file to your GPS receiver when it is connected to the PC.  There should be a GPX folder on the Colorado, which appears as a removable drive on the computer.

Another thing you can do is use the Garmin Communicator plugin for your web browser.  It allows you to send geocaches to your GPS receiver directly from the cache's page on geocaching.com.
