  1. I put them in the crib and tell them good night! Give them a kiss and walk out of the room. The kids are usually gone with in about 10 minutes!

  2. well just put him on his bed and rubb his back or make him get really tired during the day so they will go to sleep fast at night...

  3. you could read 2 them. if that dont work then try singing or playing 2 get there energy out.

  4. I don't think 'Puss' is a human name.

  5. benadryl?? lol

  6. say GO TO SLEEP BABY!

    hah im just kidding

read them a story or sing or hum to them

    also hot bath before helps

and tell them if they get out of bed they will be in trouble

  7. You should develop a regular bedtime routine.  This would probably include a bath, teeth brushing, brushing the hair, and a story.  This will eventually clue them in that it's time for bed.

I mentioned that a story could help.  Get them settled in bed under the covers and read a little story to them. (see sources for a couple ideas.)

If that doesn't work or they're fidgety, you could lay down next to them or sit next to the bed and tickle or rub their back.  Do it very gently and soothingly and be very calm with them.  When I was younger, my mother tickled my back, and I loved it - I always fell asleep.

You could also sing a soft lullaby, or get a CD with children's lullaby's on it.  Humming might work too.  Just remember to keep your voice low and soothing.  And if it was just playtime before bedtime, don't go directly from playtime to bedtime.  About 45 minutes to an hour before bedtime, tell them they need to start cleaning up and such.  That will give you between 30 to 40 minutes to get them settled and ready for bed.  If you go directly from playing to bed, they'll still be hyper and playful and not want to sleep.

    I hope this helped!!

    Good Luck!!

  8. I usually just make them lie down and pop in their favorite cartoon or show. I will (most of the time) lie down with them to make sure they know it's time to go to bed. They eventually fall asleep watching it (and so do I)  :)
