  1. I was once on a mommy chat list, and there was a kid like yours on it. The mom ended up putting on the nappies backwards, and duct taping it shut, because anything less than that, the kid was smart enough to figure out how to take it off.

  2. One of my nanny jobs I had a little boy did the same thing. We ended up having to cut the feet out of his sleepers and put them on backwards so he couldn't get it undone. Also, something else you can try is making her clean it up. Give her some disinfecting wipes and have her wipe it up. Having to clean it up is not near as fun as smearing it. My mom did that with me when I was that age and I decided to draw on my dresser with my crayons. I never did it again.

  3. Get her a diaper or a pullup she can't get off, or will be difficult for her to get off.

My godson is in pullups now. Not the ones he can easily rip apart at the seams. He'd have to physically undress himself and get it off.

  4. I would maybe try the thick "big girl" training panties. My sister-in-law tried them at that stage & it worked for her. She also did the timer thing too. (setting a timer to 30 minutes & at the sound of the timer...it's time to go try & sit on the potty) She was trained in about 2 weeks. Hope this helps!!!

  5. Put the diaper on backwards - it will take her a little time to figure out how to undo the tabs that way, or tape it. Although her taking off her daiper is her way of letting you know that she has had a bowel movement and doesn't want to sit in it. Just keep trying to potty train. Allow her to see other people when they are using the potty. Also flush the poo down the toilet well she is watching you.
