  1. The Sky+ remote must be told which make of TV you have - if you haven't done this then check the link below:

  2. Just press the "TV" button on the top left side of the remote before anything. Then use the rest of the functions (like +channel or -channel or +volume,etc)Then u will be able to control the tv.
